HOW DO WE GO ABOUT ENGAGING YOUR SERVICES FOR OUR WEDDING / ENGAGEMENT / OTHER?

After having a good frolic around the website and downloading the pricelist, you should finally arrive at the ’CONTACT’ page*.
Drop us a note and include a few details about your event. Providing the date is free, clients often make a booking straight up. Otherwise, we may set up a time to have a further chat in person, over the phone or via Skype.  As for dates, it’s a first-come, first-served basis. A retainer fee of 50% of the package total will reserve your date.

WHEN IS THE BALANCE OF PAYMENT DUE?

The remaining balance is any time prior to your wedding day.

HOW MUCH DO COUPLES USUALLY SPEND?

The most popular package is the “Timeless” package at $4,300 as it has an album and just about everything else most people require from a wedding photographer.

WHY CHOOSE AN ALBUM PACKAGE?

Quite simply so that you don’t have to worry about designing and printing an album yourself.
Also the albums we use are considered to be amongst the best in the world and are only available to professional photographers. They are extremely high quality while also being very reasonably priced.

WHAT’S THE ADVANTAGE OF HAVING TWO PHOTOGRAPHERS?

Having two photographers means that both the bride and groom will receive coverage during their preparation. It will also ensure that every detail, every guest and every special moment is captured. We work as a team to maximize the variety of images you receive. Our couples have also valued the balance and perspective that comes with having both a male and female photographer on the day.

DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?

Most of our clientele are based in NSW & QLD but we often travel for work and also for pleasure. Please enquire and we’ll give you a very reasonable quote for your destination wedding!

AFTER THE WEDDING HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?

You can expect to have a private online gallery containing all of your final images available within 4-6 weeks. DVDs and albums can take a few extra weeks to be delivered.

HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE RECEIVE?

A mountain of images. It seems like every wedding we’re delivering more and more photos to clients. We average about 1000 images.

WILL WE GET IMAGES ON DISC?

Yes, every package you choose and every shoot we do gives you all fully edited, high-resolution files.

HOW CAN I PAY YOU?

Most clients use direct deposit, otherwise cash or cheque is fine, or PayPal with a 3% fee on top. Whatever works best for you.

DO YOU HAVE A STUDIO?

“As natural-light and photojournalistic-style photographers who travel a lot, we don’t feel the need for a studio. We will usually meet with clients at their home or another location of their choice. We will bring along some example albums, laptop with slideshows and maybe even a cupcake (if you’re lucky!).”
